Open House
An Open House may be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday between 11:00 am and 4:00 PM.
Realtors must register with the gate guard service at least 24 hours in advance using the Realtor Registration Form. These are accepted by the guard by hard copy, emailed to our management company, or submitted online through our website.

Owners must add the Realtor as a visitor to their QuickPass security account so the guards are aware they must provide the necessary access and can properly support the event.
Open House Signs
The community provides a generic open house sign free of charge that can be set up
at the community entrance on Hayden. We ask that the Realtor pick up the sign at
the guard house on the day of the open house and return it to the guard house at the
conclusion of the open house. On days with multiple open houses scheduled, the first Realtor to open can retrieve the sign from the guard house. The guard will notify the Realtor
scheduled at the end of the day to pick up the sign and return it to the guard house.
We do not allow directional signage in the community. The guards can, at your
request, provide simple directions to your open house.
